of recovering data from the defective drive in a complete
possible manner. This is an iterative process and varies depending

a full documentation of the recovery process of your drive
and can provide you any time on your request so that you can
be updated and monitor the progress of your drive recovery.

Recovered data delivery
After the process is completed, Disk Doctors India will hand over
your lost data in a format or media of your choice. Usually
we store the data on CD-R and return the same along with your
original device to you. If you have any specific instructions
for us in storing your data then you can tell us but that
will be at additional cost as applicable. Shipping cost is
also additional for the service requested.
Our levels of service
Disk Doctors have two service levels which has been made
keeping in mind their customers and there requirements.
Standard: The recovery process is carried
out during office hours. You will be informed about the results
in 16 hours working hours from the time we receive the unit.
The process can take some extra time depending on large amounts
of data and/or low temperatures.
Express: This is our highest service for
analysis and data recovery process. Disk Doctors India starts the
recovery process as soon as the disk is reached to our lab
and work non-stop until analysis and/or recovery is finished.
You will be informed about the results in 8 working hours
although large amounts of data and/or low temperature may
affect this time.
Damage Assessment Report
In this assessment report Disk Doctors India will furnish
you with complete details as how much data can be recovered,
time taken in recovering the data and the cost. Once you confirm
Disk Doctors India to go ahead with the recovery process
then we start recovering data. Disk Doctors India can supply
your recovered data on whatever medium you specify.
